Once activated, you’ll see the ‘WordForm’ menu in your WordPress admin panel. From there, you can start creating forms and easily attach them to your pages or posts using the built-in integration options. ### When can my website users submit the forms I create? As soon as your forms are embedded into published pages or posts, users can begin submitting them immediately. Make sure the content is published to ensure accessibility. ### Can I customize the form name? Yes, you can assign any name to your form. You also have the option to hide the form name from users by simply ticking the “Hide Form Name” checkbox during form creation. ### Can I customize the form submit button? Absolutely. You can adjust the submit button’s size, color, hover effects, font size, and weight—all from the admin dashboard. ### Can I customize form field validation messages? Yes, you can fully edit validation messages to suit your needs. It’s recommended not to leave these fields empty, so users receive clear feedback when they enter incorrect or incomplete data. Keep messages short and concise for better readability and user experience. ### How can I know when users submit a form? All submission data is accessible via the ‘Submission Data’ menu in your WordPress dashboard. If you enable the email notification option, you’ll also receive submissions directly in your inbox. ### Can I receive user submission data in my email instantly? Yes, you can receive submission data instantly via email. Simply enable the email notification option by checking the box in the plugin’s settings menu. ### How can I add or attach a created form to a page or post? You can embed any form using the ‘WordForm’ block via the Block Inserter in the page/post editor. Once selected, a dropdown will display all your created forms— just choose the one you want to embed. Naming your forms clearly during creation helps you identify them easily. Alternatively, go to ‘WordForm All Forms’ to view all forms and use the ‘Attach to Post or Page’ option for quick integration. You can also copy and paste the short code from the same menu to embed the form manually. Don’t forget to publish the page or post afterward. ### How can I check or delete my created forms? You can preview, test, or delete any form from the ‘WordForm All Forms’ menu. Deleting a form will permanently remove all associated submission data and detach it from any linked posts or pages. ### Can I edit my created forms? Yes, you can edit any form at any time. All changes will automatically reflect in the embedded posts or pages—no additional steps required. ### Why is the ‘Numeric Captcha’ element unavailable when building a form? The Captcha element requires the PHP GD extension to be enabled. Most shared hosting environments have GD enabled by default. If it’s not active on your server, contact your hosting provider to enable it. If you have access to your hosting control panel, you may be able to enable it yourself like other PHP extensions. ### Why is Google reCAPTCHA not working? To enable Google reCAPTCHA, first enter your reCAPTCHA site key and secret key in the ‘Google reCAPTCHA’ tab under the plugin’s Settings page. Make sure you’ve selected the correct reCAPTCHA type and version that matches your keys—either Classic or Enterprise, and choose between challenge-based or score-based verification depending on your preference.
